Has been offering instruction and training in Karate since 2003 at the AQUINO G.S. SHITO RYU KARATE ACADEMY, located in Newark, NJ. AT AQUINO G.S. SHITO RYU KARATE ACADEMY we continue to produce champions in life as well as in the martial arts.
Headed by Milagros Aquino (Senior Instructor) and a staff of expert instructors and manager Jose A. Rodriguez, AQUINO G.S. SHITO RYU KARATE ACADEMY offers a number of programs in the instruction Karate and physical fitness .
OUR MISSION
Is to continue the teachings of Soke Kenwa Mabuni,
We Provide instruction; in Traditional Shito-Ryu as a core curriculum, maintaining excellence in standard, Promote personal health: physical fitness, and emotional and spiritual maturity without advocating specific religious affiliations, Offer martial arts, fitness and wellness classes and activities which complement the positive attitude, respectfulness, and work ethic of our organization, and which aid in supporting the Shito-Ryu program, Give a high priority to customer service by showing equal attention to each student's training, concern for individual accommodation, when possible, and encourage family involvement and to Organize extracurricular activities.
